L'attività ricettiva è ubicata a Rosolini, nel centro storico, in un contesto signorile di un immobile costruito negli anni '70 in posizione soleggiata e tranquilla, semiperimetrata da ampia terrazza attrezzata.
Rosolini si trova al confine tra le provincie di Siracusa e Ragusa, è come baricentro tra le città Barocche Unesco del Val di Noto (Modica, Ragusa, Scicli, Ispica, Noto, Avola, Palazzolo, Siracusa) e le località balneari (Pozzallo, Pachino, Portopalo di Capo passero, Marzamemi, S.Lorenzo, Marina di Noto, Marina di Avola), tutte località raggiungibili tra i 15 e i 20 minuti d'auto.
Ideale per soste brevi e per vacanze che coniugano interessi balneari e artistico-culturali.

The B&B is situated in the old town center of Rosolini, at the 2nd floor of a house built during the 70’s. It is exposed to a panoramic terrace furnished with beach chairs, table and chairs, gazebo and a loto of green around. It is easy to reach from the highway and from the railway station as well. In just a few minute sit is possible to reach the sea and the golden beaches of the Mediterranean coast and the lonian sea , the Baroque cities of the Val di Noto and the interesting archaeological sites (Greek theatre of Siracusa and Palazzolo, the mosaics in the Villa Romano of the Tellaro at Noto, the Pantalica necropolis Iblea, the mosaics in the Villa del Casale at Piazza Armerina, the caverns and necropolis of Cava d’Ispica).
